I am a Scottish artist based in Glasgow. I work mainly in acrylics, oil, print and mixed media. Inspired by science, engineering, architecture and philosophy as well as the natural world, geology, and the work of other artists, I like to combine my exploration of new concepts with new artistic techniques (new to me, anyway) in considering patterns and coincidences that occur in the natural world and how these relate to the way we perceive ourselves and our world. More recently I have been exploring the idea of family and memories in paint, print and drawing.

I am a member of the AC Collective, an artists’ collective based in Glasgow which brings together artists from various disciplines in order to collaborate, exchange ideas and stage exhibitions.
